Art in the Community

I have had the pleasure of leading student groups in community driven art projects and I also routinely donate my artwork to charitable causes.  I am always looking for new ways to share joy through art and help others in the process.  Below are a few links to some of these efforts.

Ukulele Art  -Students at my middle school created beautifully decorated ukuleles that were part of fundraising efforts benefiting the art therapy program at Cincinnati Children's Hospital .

I was honored to be selected by Save Local Waters in Cincinnati to be one of the artists participating in the Cincinnati Zoo Rain Barrel Project in 2023,2022, 2021, 2020. It is a wonderful program that creates awareness for water conservation and also helps fund educational programs at the Zoo.  Did you know the Cincinnati Zoo is the "greenest" zoo in the country?

"Beautiful Shed"  Illustrations:  I recently donated my drawings to a children's book written by friends that is a heartwarming story written to help their child understand hair loss due to cancer treatments.  The family is still seeking funding and or a publisher for the project. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about the book or in being a part of this worthwhile endeavor.
